What is this Training?
The CarePortal online course is designed to help you learn how to use the CarePortal platform. The course builds upon itself so you will need to complete each page in order to know how to finish the training. Your progress will be shown as you continue through the course.
Training Modules
This course is composed of 3 learning modules:
- Get Started – Learn what CarePortal is and how can it be used.
- Learn Best Practices – Learn the the best practices for submitting requests through CarePortal.
- Practice Using the Platform – Based on a mock scenario, practice filling out a CarePortal request form.
