How could knowing who poverty disproportionately affects influence the way we respond to a CarePortal request?

Occasionally we get requests for families who only speak Spanish and taking someone with us who is bilingual would help in that situation.

Or, when a request for a bunk bed comes through, it may INITIALLY make sense to look for two “sturdy” guys to go and build it. But if you know that likely it’s for a single, young mom who has likely been through some challenging experiences, you may need to make sure a woman goes with those guys as well.
