Hands of Hope is an Implementing Partner of CarePortal in Indiana bringing an innovative, online platform to the front line of child welfare.

As the Department of Child Services caseworkers uncover critical needs, CarePortal brings the tangible, real-time needs of hurting children and families in your community to your attention. CarePortal makes local churches aware, giving them an opportunity to respond. Other individuals or organizations then partner with the churches to meet needs or provide resources.

Currently, CarePortal requests are active in Marion, Madison, and Vanderburgh counties. CarePortal churches can be located in the active counties or nearby. Individuals can help meet requests from any location. There are opportunities for individuals, churches, and businesses to make a difference right now. Together, we can change the lives of vulnerable children throughout Indiana.

For over 35 years, The Law Office of Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C. has endeavored to set the standard of excellence regarding adoptions in Indiana and throughout the country. Our practice is built around the human needs of each individual in the adoption triad, and not simply the "transactional" nature of filing papers and providing documentation. Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C. has a deep admiration for Hands of Hope. We are in awe of the tremendous impact that their work has had on countless children in the foster care system, and are thankful for the resources and guidance that they are able to provide to hopeful adoptive families in Indiana.
