Creating a CarePortal Account

First go to CarePortal.org and click Sign Up for CarePortal.

Then select that you would like to join “As a case worker whose agency has already enrolled”

Use your DCS Email to create an account

After you create an account you will be asked to verify your email prior to logging into your account.
Make sure your agency is set to IN- Indiana DCS.
