Hands of Hope provides adoption support through the following ways:
Informational Meetings: Adoption, Foster Care, and Safe Families
Three times/year Hands of Hope holds Information meetings for those who feel God tugging on their heart and want to explore potential options. The beginning provides an overview, then there are break-out groups based on interest. There are also other special Information meetings held such as: Strategies for Adoption Fundraising and GAL/CASA Volunteer Information.
Adoptive Moms Night
An opportunity for adoptive moms or adoptive moms-to-be to enjoy relaxation and encouragement is provided quarterly through our Adoptive Moms Night. They are held the 4th Tuesday of the month in January, April, July, and October at Starbucks on Hazel Dell Prkwy & 131 in Carmel, Indiana. Everybody welcome!
Hands of Hope hosts an annual picnic for adoptive families and those with a heart for orphans to gather for fun, food, and fellowship! A great event for the whole family.
Pre and Post Adoption Support
Adoption can be a wonderful, but challenging journey.
There are a number of people who are available to talk to you. If you would like to be connected with someone who has adopted please contact us
We also have resources that can help while you are in process of adopting and after you bring your child home:
